Phase II Scheduling

From email chaos to a structured lesson workflow.

Parent Portal

Parents can manage student profiles, view upcoming lessons, submit new lesson requests, and register for off-ice training.

Coach Review

Patricia and Ava can approve, decline, suggest alternatives, and manage a waitlist before lessons are confirmed.

Summer Calendar

Daily schedule blocks show confirmed lessons, pending requests, available openings, and off-ice rosters.

Summer Scheduling

Lesson requests and training slots.

Patricia will be coaching Monday through Friday throughout the summer, primarily between 6:00 AM and 10:30 AM, subject to the rink schedule. Ava may also be available during many sessions and may be able to accommodate lesson requests where Patricia's schedule is fully committed.

Private Lessons

Reserve preferred morning training slots based on commitment and availability.

Coach Selection

Request Patricia, Ava, or either coach based on skater needs and available ice.

Consistency

Families are encouraged to maintain a consistent summer schedule to support development.

Off-Ice Conditioning

Two sessions per week for competitive development.

Competitive skaters are strongly encouraged to attend both off-ice sessions to improve strength, flexibility, jump technique, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. The more skaters who participate, the lower the individual cost.

2x Weekly

Designed to support summer development and competitive goals.

Shared Cost

Participation cost is split among the skaters attending.

Strength, flexibility, core control, jump mechanics, and conditioning.

Register for Off-Ice

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for lesson cancellations. Any lesson canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate. Reserved lesson times are held specifically for your skater and cannot always be filled on short notice.
